ACM Group is a global leader in plastic extrusion and injection moulding tooling. From our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in China and support offices in the UK, Hungary, and Canada, we deliver precision-engineered solutions to clients worldwide.

Our extrusion factory produces over 200 custom tooling sets annually using high-grade 38CrMoALA steel. Our advanced in-house processes—nitriding, heat treatment, and bimetallic coating—ensure unmatched durability and performance.

Our experienced engineering team specializes in tooling for PVC profiles, cellular foam, and co-extrusion applications. We also offer high-quality injection moulds and tuning services through our mould division.

Global logistics and delivery are handled by our Import & Export division, ensuring fast, reliable service. From consultation and design to commissioning and after-sales support, we provide a seamless customer experience.

Includes nitriding, heat treatment, bimetallic coating, and alloy welding to ensure superior strength, durability, and performance.
🔩 Premium Material Selection
We use 38CrMoALA steel, renowned for its hardness and wear resistance. Each component is nitrided to 0.5–0.8mm depth with a hardness range of HV540–1100 for long-lasting precision.
✨ Precision Finishing & Quality Inspection
Each tool undergoes fine-tuned surface finishing (≤50μm) and rigorous inspection using our state-of-the-art measurement systems to meet the highest quality standards.
🏭 High Production Capacity
Our extrusion factory produces 200+ sets of tooling annually, ensuring reliable delivery timelines and consistent output.
